Freudenberg Group, a global technology group, is seeking an engineer to help standardize manufacturing processes and improve KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The role emphasizes rubber molding, assembly processes, automation, and PLC/robot programming in a Mexican plant.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and 3+ years in manufacturing, with knowledge of process mapping, VPS tools, and ISO management systems.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in rubber molding and automation.
• Specialized knowledge of process mapping, VPS tools and process design.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 Core Tools and GD&T drawing interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish production standard methods and update SOPs and procedures.
• Support training processes to meet the training schedule.
• Assist production to solve process issues impacting SQDC KPIs.
• Assist quality in solving issues and drive improvement activities.
