Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering or closely related degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment used in assembly.
• PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to improve the production process.
• Ensure all machines and activities are safe and compliant with company and government rules and guidelines.
• Review serial equipment regionally and determine production process improvements.
• Develop flexible multi-part, low-volume equipment to reduce floorspace utilization.
• Observe Environmental Work Practices in the department and supervise maintenance and repair of facility and equipment.
