Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position, automotive preferred.
• Advanced English and Lean Manufacturing knowledge (Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Improvements Events.
• Follows up action plans VPS board.
• Develops simulations for Lean Manufacturing training courses.
• Develop production Improvements Projects and cost reduction to ensure excellence standards in customer service.
• Schedule and maintain documentation for 5´s audits.
