Hitachi Energy in Mexico seeks a results-driven commercial professional to lead service sales across multiple markets. You will drive the execution of our service sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with technical, financial and legal teams to ensure successful commercial execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles within the energy sector.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish fluency required for regional operations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and monitor the progress of the service sales strategy across assigned markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
• Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
• Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
