Ingram Micro in Mexico City is seeking a Post Sales Consultant to deliver advanced technical guidance to customers and act as SME for key technologies. You will lead complex engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual compliance while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and mentor peers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ in post-sales support or consulting.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and customer-facing engagements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced post-sales technical support and consulting to customers.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor for assigned technologies and solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and escalations.
