HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Senior Portfolio Services Manager in Mexico to oversee portfolio management support activities within the Transformation/PMO/Management Services function, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The role requires managing an order book, value tracking, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation while coordinating with Transformation Heads and the central PMO to embed standardized practices across teams.

Formación

Intermediate English with strong written communication skills.
Experience managing long-term technology investment project portfolios valued at USD 15 million+.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across direct and indirect teams.
Ability to provide a 360-degree view of the business.
Focused on developing long-term strategy and vision.
Understanding of both business and technology topics.

Responsabilidades

Oversee order book and value management activities.
Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate portfolio prioritisation, benefits realisation, cost management and resource & capability management (supply-demand matching).
Support Transformation/Programme/Delivery Heads or Directors to manage portfolios and implement required ways of working within the team.
