HSBC in Mexico City is seeking a Testing Manager for the Risk Control Oversight Office to scope and execute controls testing across key risks. You will support an enhanced control transformation and help embed a robust framework.

You will lead design and operating effectiveness reviews, collaborate with regional stakeholders, and drive remediation of control gaps with clear, proactive communication.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in assurance, audit, compliance or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or equivalent.
• Good understanding of risk management processes and controls.
• Ability to question, evaluate and improve business processes with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with global standards and working with regional stakeholders; strong English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Scope and execute controls testing to support the business in strengthening controls.
• Lead reviews evaluating design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Escalate concerns promptly to management with minimal business impact.
• Demonstrate advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lead remediation activities for gaps and weaknesses in controls.
• Work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Provide cross-functional testing across various risks in Mexico.
