J.P. Morgan in Mexico City seeks a VP-level Senior PMO to lead governance and delivery for a Payments Operations Transformation portfolio across Latin America. This role partners with global transformation to align with standards and provide transparent reporting while adapting execution to regional needs.

You will drive end-to-end PMO cadence, RAID, and integrated planning, with AI-enabled reporting, using agile practices. English preferred; Portuguese a plus.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in PMO, program/project management, or portfolio delivery roles.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within a global governance model and ensure regional adherence to enterprise standards.
• Strong command of Agile delivery concepts and hands-on experience using monday.com and Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to synthesize complex topics into clear decision points.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end PMO operating rhythm for Latin America Payments Ops Transformation initiatives, including governance cadence and standard reporting.
• Drive RAID management and ensure timely escalation and resolution; support delivery of the regional strategic agenda.
• Serve as primary PMO interface between Latin America delivery teams and the global PMO structure; ensure adherence to global standards.
• Support integrated planning across multiple workstreams and milestones.
• Lead execution of process and operating model changes, including rollout planning and adoption tracking.
