• Experience in service management or product lifecycle is preferred.
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and engage in lifecycle planning for service portfolios and offerings.
• Represent services in product development stages and incorporate service requirements.
• Develop business cases, validate solutions, and demonstrate added service value.
• Set up services that meet customer expectations and modify as needed.
• Lead or support the launch of service SKUs and ensure availability at launch.
• Drive process automation and simplification to improve portfolio performance.
