Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming in Mexico City is seeking a Product Manager to own the Payments and FinOps portfolio. You will define strategy and roadmaps for how collectors pay, how sellers are paid, and how money is returned when issues arise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning payments, checkout, payouts, billing, or financial operations products.
• Knowledge of money movement: processors, authorization, settlement, refunds, payouts, and ledger systems.
• Strong specification skills to define rules-heavy flows.
• Experience partnering with engineering on platform architecture and tradeoffs.
• Ability to work with Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Risk stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics, instrumentation, and interpretation of results.
• Comfortable in a matrixed, multi-time zone environment.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for collectibles, sports, or fandom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Checkout as a Service and Buyer Payments across Fanatics storefronts and products.
• Own the payout experience and tooling for sellers, including various payout methods and scheduling.
• Improve refund tooling and manage chargebacks, disputes, and adjustments end to end.
• Define tax-related capabilities and ledgering, settlement, and reconciliation needs.
• Treat payments and financial operations as a platform; drive vendor discovery and integration.
• Define and track key metrics for authorization, conversion, payout times, refunds, and reconciliation.
