Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in Mexico to shape core systems for secure money movement. You will own the roadmap for payment rails, ledger systems, settlement engines, and virtual accounts, collaborating with Engineering, Treasury, and Compliance to meet business needs.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in payment infrastructure, strong architectural fluency, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, 3+ years in payment infrastructure or core banking.
• Strong architecture and APIs knowledge for distributed systems.
• Experience cross- functional across markets and time zones.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with stablecoins or cross-border settlement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure including rails and settlement engines.
• Lead virtual accounts and Virtual IBAN infrastructure for customer-facing experiences.
• Align infrastructure with customer requirements and translate product needs into priorities.
• Oversee banking partner integrations, liquidity providers, and crypto settlement networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies for settlements across networks such as USDC/USDT.
