Athenaworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Location Performance Optimization and Analytics, driving the roadmap for two interconnected product areas. You will partner with engineering, data, and GTM leads to deliver high-value analytics experiences for multi-location marketers.

You will define strategy, execute with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset, and thrive in a remote-first, international team driven by AI-enabled insights and growth metrics.

Qualifications

• Analytics product management experience with shipped analytics, BI, or data-heavy products.
• Fluency in product analytics infrastructure, event tracking design, and data models.
• Strategic, commercial mindset translating signals into outcomes for retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for LPO and Analytics, balancing health and impact.
• Define clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization across two squads.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on event tracking and data infra decisions.
• Lead discovery with multi-location brands and stakeholders through interviews and tests.
• Drive data-driven decisions with SaaS metrics and executive reporting.
• Communicate with global teams and align cross-functional priorities.
