Improvado is hiring a Technical SEO specialist to own the website's performance end-to-end, from crawlability to conversion. You will optimize for AI search and ensure fast, accurate rendering across pages, with a focus on measurable growth in organic pipeline.

In a remote-first setup, you will work with cross-functional teams, leverage GA4 and BI dashboards, and run experiments to improve demos and sign-ups. Ideal for candidates with 3+ years in SEO and a strong analytics mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO or website optimization with measurable growth.
• Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of site rendering.
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console, and BI/dashboard tools.

Responsabilités

• Own technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, rendering, redirects.
• Improve AI-enabled search visibility and on-site conversions.
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests) to boost conversions and pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers to ship improvements.
