KOMMUNA Media in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Senior Performance Lead to design and execute measurable digital strategies across regional and global campaigns. You will bridge data, strategy, and business impact for international executive teams.

You will lead multichannel campaigns, build executive dashboards, translate data into actionable stories, mentor teammates, and present findings in English.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital media, ideally with international campaigns.
• Proficiency in English for business communication (C1 or higher).
• Strong understanding of attribution, data modeling, and ROI/ROAS optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead multichannel performance strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Display, Programmatic) aligned with client goals.
• Analyze global campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize budgets, and scale results.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
• Translate complex data into clear business stories for international stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, PM, Data) to ensure alignment between strategy, content, and results.
• Develop and document A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and optimization plans.
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and propose evidence-based adjustments.
• Supervise accurate tracking, tagging, and event setup in GA4, GTM, and CRM systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting impact, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Lead client meetings to present results and strategic recommendations in English.
• Mentor junior performance specialists and elevate analytical thinking within the team.
