Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Creative Strategist based in Mexico to shape compelling content concepts that strengthen brand identity and engage audiences.

You will oversee the creative process from concept development to execution, writing scripts for organic social content, ads, and campaigns, while collaborating with the founders to influence strategic decisions. Fully remote with flexible hours and strong training opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in creative strategy in an agency or brand setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Turn audience insights into effective creative concepts.
• Experience writing scripts for organic social content and campaigns.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset to optimize campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end creative concept development and execution for leading brands in the DACH market.
• Develop innovative creative concepts and content strategies aligned with objectives.
• Write scripts for organic social content, ads, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders to align creative with business strategy.
• Analyze KPIs and content performance to identify improvements.
• Test and optimize assets, messaging, formats to maximize engagement.
