Applaudo Studios is seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to analyze and optimize HCM processes, automate workflows, and deliver governance-worthy technical solutions. You will work with Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules, leveraging PeopleTools to implement automation, document approaches, and present recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires strong consulting skills, independent work style, and experience in complex enterprise environments.

Formación

• Senior-level experience with PeopleSoft HCM in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits.
• Hands-on technical expertise with PeopleTools.
• Experience designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience assessing HCM processes and defining automation solutions.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
• Identify automation strategies using native PeopleSoft functionality.
• Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and complexity for HCM processes.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, approach, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear and structured technical documentation to support decision-making.
• Establish repeatable documentation and automation planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support the planning and prioritization of automation initiatives.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom solutions as implementation activities progress.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and technical validation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
