Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Architect to design and evolve our HR technology landscape, aligning architecture with business goals and industry best practices. You will lead architecture within the HR domain, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across HR processes.

You will guide modernization efforts, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT, and drive adoption of Oracle Integration Cloud and AI/ML for data‑driven HR decisions.

Formación

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and strong IT experience.
• 7+ years in large-scale IT environments with architecture responsibilities; Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred.
• Advanced English required; knowledge of Oracle HCM and integration platforms is key.

Job Description

As a guide Enterprise Architect at Honeywell, you will be accountable for designing and evolving our technology landscape, aligning our architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of our technology solutions. As the Lead Solution Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards, defining strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and the usage of AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision‑making and enhance HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Architecture Team to ensure the right architecture is achieved through collaboration with other architects.
• Lead the Project Start Architecture and provide high‑level solution direction.
• Ensure that architectural artifacts are actively maintained in the common Architecture Repository.
• Assist in maintaining the architecture for your Service and drive modernization by working with the development and infrastructure teams.
• Perform ongoing architecture quality review activities for domain‑specific projects/programs.
• Define domain‑specific principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure that architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Apply architecture best practices to craft solutions that are secure, scalable, cost‑effective, performance‑efficient, and resilient.
• Develop domain‑specific plateau roadmaps under the supervision of the Enterprise Architect.
• Analyze the current domain and solution architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the yearly Domain Improvement Plan.
• Interact and interface with external partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly.
• Provide consultancy on Process, Data, and Security from the HR Domain.
• Understand the requirements/problems from business functions like HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT, and build solution architectures that meet those requirements.
• Drive modern solution Architecture in the HR landscape and reduce the application and Integration footprint.
• Set IT priorities within the services and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security for all Applications, platforms, data, and processes.
• Run MOS for solution delivery and work closely with business on updates.
• Educate HR execs and team members on emerging technologies.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams like Finance, Corporate Comms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 7 or more years of professional IT experience in large‑scale business systems environments, with hands‑on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
• Advanced English Level.
• Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience in End‑to‑End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
• Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
• Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End‑to‑End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.
