Appian is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to lead enterprise delivery at the intersection of business strategy and complex technical delivery. You will mentor engineers, define delivery approaches, and partner with Appian Architects and Delivery Managers to craft scalable, secure architectures.

You will drive large-scale initiatives, design integrations, and advance client adoption of the AI-powered automation platform, shaping enterprise-grade orchestration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong OOP, database design, data modeling, and SQL fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Enterprise Delivery: manage the full SDLC to design and implement custom automation using the Appian platform for major clients.
• Direct High-Performing Teams: mentor consultants through fast-paced software implementations.
• Partner with Leadership: work with Appian Architects and Technical Delivery Managers on system architectures.
• Architect Complex Integrations: build secure APIs to connect external enterprise environments (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Engineer Data Infrastructures: oversee development of relational data models and advanced SQL designs.
• Drive Client Self-Sufficiency: enable clients to build process apps independently.
