Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator with 5+ years of experience to support and maintain PeopleSoft environments. The candidate will manage administration, troubleshooting, patching, migrations, and environment control to ensure stable production systems.

The role includes L1-L3 incident resolution, server domain administration, Oracle updates, and environment refreshes, with a focus on performance tuning and robust security practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience.
• Strong PeopleTools knowledge, preferably PeopleTools 8.59.
• Hands-on experience with Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Server domains.
• Experience with STAT and Change Assistant.
• Experience with PeopleSoft patching and maintenance.
• Strong Integration Broker knowledge.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is preferred.
• Basic Oracle Database administration knowledge.
• Experience with SSO is preferred.
• Basic Azure knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft applications and resolve incidents and tickets.
• Administer and troubleshoot Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and Web Server domains.
• Perform PeopleSoft patching, maintenance, and Oracle CPU updates.
• Use Change Assistant to apply Oracle-delivered fixes and updates.
• Perform PeopleSoft project migrations using the STAT tool.
• Configure and troubleshoot Integration Broker.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Elasticsearch.
• Perform PeopleSoft environment refreshes and recreate domains.
• Perform application and server performance tuning.
• Support clustering, load balancing, and failover configurations.
• Perform regular system health checks and troubleshoot production issues.
• Assist with Oracle database backup management and performance tuning.
• Work with technical teams on patch impact analysis and development-related issues.
• Maintain environment catalogs, technical documentation, and security access reports.
• Track and manage incidents using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
