You will design automation approaches, document technical solutions, and present recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on PeopleTools expertise, Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits, with a consultative mindset in client-facing projects.

Formación

• Senior-level PeopleSoft HCM consultant with hands-on technical and functional expertise.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
• Experience automating processes within PeopleSoft environments.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM processes.
• Define automation requirements and approaches for HCM processes.
• Develop detailed automation plans including scope, timelines, and tooling.
