Applaudo is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to analyze, design, and implement automation within PeopleSoft environments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, document technical approaches, and drive automation opportunities across Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.

The role requires hands-on PeopleTools skills, strong functional knowledge of HCM areas, and the ability to work independently in complex settings.

Formación

• Senior-level PeopleSoft HCM consultant with hands-on technical and functional expertise.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules; PeopleTools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
• Define automation requirements and approaches for HCM processes.
• Develop detailed automation plans including scope, timelines, and tools.
• Create clear technical documentation to support governance and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
