  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing system stability
  • Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HRIS enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support
  • Own Oracle quarterly release management, including impact assessments, test planning and execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to system performance, scalability, automation, and overall user experience

  • Translate complex HR and workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive decision‑making
  • Design and partner on API and integration solutions to ensure seamless, secure data flow between Oracle HCM and downstream systems
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and appropriate handling of highly sensitive employee and organizational data
  • Maintain HR systems in compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security standards, and data privacy regulations across regions
  • Support system governance through standardized processes, role‑based access controls, and ongoing security reviews
What You’ll Have:
  • Education Bachelors and/or work combo
  • 8+ years of progressive experience supporting HR systems, HR data analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions
  • Advanced, hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
  • Demonstrated knowledge designing and delivering HR analytics and reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Proven ability to provide both functional and technical HRIS support, translating business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex, cross‑functional system issues
  • Ability to interpret complex HR and workforce data and clearly communicate insights to non‑technical and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with a consistent track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience supporting multi‑country or regional HR systems
  • Experience leading or managing HRIS initiatives or projects, including defining scope, identifying appropriate resources, and coordinating cross‑functional workstreams
  • Hands‑on experience supporting global HRIS implementations or large‑scale system transformations in complex enterprise environments
  • Working knowledge of North American HR compliance considerations, including data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and customer‑focused
  • Comfortable operating independently and leading initiatives
