This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical software systems that support our organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
• Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
• Responsible for the management and optimization of applications that are vital to business processes and decision‑making.
• Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, fostering seamless integration between applications and ensuring that end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence.
• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
• Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
