Global Payments Inc. in Mexico City seeks a trainer to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for internal and external customers.

Maintain content and systems, analyze regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance, and provide presentations, demonstrations and consultancy. Responsibilities include tailoring content for individual needs, assisting with simple design, providing basic cross-training, and supporting on-site client

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not essential
• Typically 2 years of relevant experience in training delivery
• Experience delivering training on technical products or topics

Responsabilidades

• Delivers a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation
• Tailors content based on individual customer needs or as directed; may assist with simple design projects
• Provides basic cross-training and support for colleagues
• Contributes to on-site client support and training by providing basic advice related to system functionality and ancillary products; may accompany or support higher level trainer/manager as needed
