Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operational health of key payment partners.
• Act as main interface with partner technical teams.
• Analyze large datasets for trends and optimization opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytics for operational efficiency.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis processes.
• Track and own key operational KPIs.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Lead creation and presentation of operational performance reports.
• Support new payment methods and partner initiatives.
