DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Network Operations professional to lead governance, incident, problem, change, and service data management for enterprise networking across complex environments. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience with ITIL 4 ITSM practices and service integration.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and complex environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English for technical and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain network service governance, calendars, RACI, escalation paths.
• Lead incident management with clear ownership and rapid customer communication.
• Coordinate problem management with RCAs and measurable actions.
• Oversee change enablement, risk assessments, testing, and post-change validation.
• Maintain accurate configuration, asset data and service maps across systems.
• Drive observability, automation, and proactive risk mitigation.
