DXC Technology in Mexico City seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Administration Specialist to lead advanced Office 365 support, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

You will manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions while ensuring security, performance, and ITIL-aligned change management.

This role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong documentation skills, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior Office 365 support.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Office 365 services including Teams and Exchange Online.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents escalated from L1/L2 support.
• Perform RCA and implement definitive solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor security, performance, and configurations; maintain documentation.
