Job summary
DXC Technology in Mexico City is seeking a Mid-Level Support Analyst – Office 365 to join our IT Support team. You will provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services, bridging L1 and Level 3 specialists and resolving moderately complex incidents to ensure a reliable user experience.
You will investigate incidents across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, perform root cause analysis, monitor service health, assist with account management and permissions,
Qualifications
- Experience in L2 IT Support for Office 365/Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on knowledge of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and identity management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
- PowerShell for basic admin tasks.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Modern Desktop).
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Office 365 services.
- Investigate and resolve incidents escalated by L1.
- Perform initial root cause analysis and escalate as needed.
- Monitor performance, availability, and health of Office 365.
- Assist with user account management and permissions.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure continuous service.
