Takeda in Mexico City seeks a Manager of Microsoft 365 Platform Operations to lead the end-to-end operational management, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and more.

You will oversee incident management, security governance, automation, and platform transformation while mentoring a team of engineers and collaborating with security, compliance, and infrastructure groups.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or engineering.
• 8+ years working with enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 3+ years leading technical ops or platform teams.
• Strong IAM, security, governance and compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading incident management and service restoration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational management and governance of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, performance and reliability through governance.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, service transitions and debt reduction.
• Lead major incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Establish standards and processes to reduce recurring incidents.
• Manage mail flow, Teams administration, information protection and controls.
• Coordinate tenant-wide changes with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infra teams on retention and access.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled operations.
• Coach and mentor Microsoft 365 engineers and platform specialists.
