Job summary

DXC Technology in Mexico City is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administration Specialist to manage and evolve the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, including mailboxes, licensing, and large-scale migrations.

You will support Office 365 products like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms, and work with IT security and incident resolution teams. Hybrid if required, with strong focus on VIP support and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency with Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online mailbox management and licensing.
• Experience with large-scale email migrations and IMT.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage personal and departmental mailboxes.
• Lead large-scale email migration projects and international transfers.
• Maintain and enhance the Identity Migration Tool (IMT).
• Provide VIP incident support and health checks for mailbox systems.
