You will drive secure, reliable digital workplace experiences for a global enterprise and mentor local IT teams. You will develop documentation, automate tasks with PowerShell, enforce security policies, and contribute to change management and training to raise operational excellence across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on depth across Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online/Hybrid, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2 and L3 support for M365 services ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams for seamless digital workplace experiences.
• Create and maintain HLDs/LLDs/SOPs for Workplace Services technologies.
• Automate admin tasks using PowerShell and other tools to improve efficiency.
• Enforce security, compliance, and data protection policies across platforms.
• Lead change management, patching, and upgrades for M365 services.
• Mentor local IT teams and lead training to uphold best practices.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
