Job summary

S&P Global Mobility is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimise our enterprise Microsoft 365 services in a multinationalIT environment. You will own migrations, governance, and security across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with security, endpoint, and project teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 6 years of equivalent hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred, such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Teams Administrator, Messaging Administrator, or Security Administrator.
• Experience with M365 tenant migrations, Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, Teams administration, or divestiture-related transition work is strongly preferred.
• PowerShell certification, formal training, or demonstrated scripting portfolio is a plus.
• Network+, Security+, Azure, or other cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Mobility Global Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, Purview).
• Lead or support migrations: tenant readiness, mailbox, and platform migrations.
• Collaborate with endpoint management and security teams on CA, device compliance, Autopilot, Intune policy.
• Support Exchange Online mail flow, mailboxes, groups, rules, retention, spam protection.
• Manage Teams and Teams Phone governance, external access, calling policies, Direct Routing considerations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve operations.
• Maintain runbooks and post-migration validation.
• Respond to alerts and service requests; document procedures.
• Cross-train team members to raise overall M365 capability.
