Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a senior technical expert in the Workplace Services team to provide advanced (L2/L3) support for Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Hybrid/Online, Intune, Teams & Enterprise Voice, SharePoint and Entra ID. This role ensures secure, reliable digital workplace experiences for a global enterprise, driving collaboration and endpoint management.

You will mentor local IT teams, develop documentation, automate tasks with PowerShell, enforce security, and lead change

Qualifications

5+ years in IT, supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on depth in 2-3 key areas of Microsoft 365 stack.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Exchange, Intune, Teams/Voice, SharePoint, and related M365 services.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to deliver seamless digital workplace experiences.
Develop and maintain technical docs (HLDs/LLDs/SOPs) for Workplace Services.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other tools to improve efficiency.
Enforce security, compliance, and data protection across platforms.
Participate in change management, patching, and upgrade projects for M365.
Mentor local IT teams, contribute to knowledge bases, and lead training sessions.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
Support and troubleshoot Teams Meeting Room devices and room resources.
