Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring a MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 5-10 years of experience to work with global clients on Microsoft 365 and Exchange initiatives.

You will act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security, lead workshops, assess Exchange health, troubleshoot issues, and support migrations and modernization projects.

This role is based in Monterrey and requires advanced English, hands-on expertise, and a proactive, client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies.
• Strong customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.
