Job summary

Accenture México is seeking an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience to support enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves advising across Modern Work, Identity, and Security, conducting technical workshops, and ensuring platform health and security.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex messaging issues, create remediation plans, and support migrations and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Hands-on expertise in: Exchange Online, Mail Flow, SMTP, DNS, Identity Access Management (IAM), PowerShell, Security Administration, Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience working with Microsoft administration tools.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.
