Accenture México is hiring a Senior Microsoft Teams Architect / Modern Work Advisor with 15+ years of experience to help global organizations transform collaboration and communications through Microsoft 365 and Teams.

This role blends deep technical expertise with consulting and customer-facing leadership, guiding workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmaps to maximize value while ensuring security, governance, and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Microsoft Teams, Modern Work, Identity, Security, and Collaboration Solutions
• Lead customer workshops, technical assessments, architecture reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Evaluate platform health, configuration, governance, security posture, resiliency, performance, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications challenges using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis
• Develop prioritized remediation and modernization roadmaps aligned to business and technical objectives
• Support migrations, deployments, adoption programs, service optimization, and lifecycle management initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, security, delivery, networking, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Teams Architect / Modern Work Advisor with 15+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, collaboration platforms, communications, and enterprise transformations. This role combines deep technical expertise with consulting and customer-facing leadership, helping organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 and Teams.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Microsoft Teams, Modern Work, Identity, Security, and Collaboration Solutions
• Lead customer workshops, technical assessments, architecture reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Evaluate platform health, configuration, governance, security posture, resiliency, performance, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications challenges using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis

Required Experience

Professional Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, collaboration, unified communications, or enterprise architecture
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, deliver technical training, and enable customer success
• Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis capabilities
• Experience engaging executive, business, and technical stakeholders
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
