Job summary

Accenture México is seeking a MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 5-10 years of experience to work with global clients on Microsoft 365, Exchange initiatives, and modernization of collaboration environments. This role requires strong English communication and a consultative mindset.

You will lead workshops, assess Exchange health, perform migrations, and drive security and governance through PowerShell scripting and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies.
• Strong customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement.
• Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.
