Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator in Mexico with 10-15 years of messaging and Microsoft 365 expertise. The role centers on supporting enterprise messaging environments, delivering workshops, and driving adoption across Modern Work, Identity, and Security.

The position emphasizes hands-on Exchange Online, mail flow, DNS, PowerShell, and IAM proficiency, with a focus on customer-facing delivery and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in messaging or Microsoft infrastructure.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Experience with Microsoft administration tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.
