Job summary

You will own campaigns end-to-end, drive social media strategy, plan paid media on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok, and collaborate with design, content and sales to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with ownership of campaigns end-to-end.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management.
• Hands-on paid media experience across major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and reporting on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strategic, brand-aware approach.
• Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms, and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting.
• Own and drive social media strategy across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement.
• Plan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines with a high level of organisation and accountability.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity.
