Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a Line Leader Production role, with experience in SAP and JPabil software tools. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar Line Leader Production Group.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production site command and status to ensure plans are met.
• Coordinate HR with production and promote team improvements.
• Improve production efficiency and quality management.
• Control costs including personnel, working hours, materials, and scrap.
• Provide staff training and development.
• Ensure 5S, EHS, and site discipline compliance.
• Lead cross-departmental communication and lean initiatives.
