Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years experience with at least one in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read, analyze and communicate complex information; strong PC skills.
• Experience in leading large teams and driving continuous improvement.

• Coach and mentor Workcell team members to deliver excellence.
• Establish clear, measurable goals and monitor operational metrics.
