Jabil seeks an experienced leader to drive staff recruitment and retention, develop team capabilities, and manage performance across a workcell. The role emphasizes clear communication, data-driven management, and continuous improvement to meet customer and business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with functional managers, mentoring staff, and ensuring safe, efficient operations on the production floor. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience (1 in supervision) are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities are required to lead cross-functional teams.
