Eaton is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer in the Baja California region to lead New Product Development and transition projects. You will drive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery with quality and cost targets.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with Pro Launch methodologies. You will deploy Pro Launch tools across the production team, monitor project portfolios, and support continuous improvement within the Eaton Business System,

Formación

Experience in project management.
Ability to plan and input to PP cycle and manage cost out and budgeting for transitions and NPD.
Engineering degree preferred.
English 85–95% (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient with MS-Project and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

Lead execution of New Product Development and Transition projects with project management tools to ensure goals, quality and cost are met.
Deploy Pro Launch methodologies and processes within the business unit.
Monitor Capex, milestones and financial performance of projects.
Create detailed project plans identifying critical paths, risks and mitigations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from sending sites to Tijuana.
Guide and train cross-functional teams on Pro-Launch tools and requirements.
Report project status and risks to senior management and drive continuous improvement within the Eaton Business System.
