Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Proven Lean and cost-reduction initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience with data analysis, time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design, develop, and optimize processes for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead engineering changes to minimize production disruption.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with process development and documentation.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
