Eaton Corporation in Nogales, MX is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, driving Lean transformation to reduce waste and improve productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams to support production and successful product launches.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, implementing PFMEA, and ensuring safety and quality across operations.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
Proven Lean and cost-reduction initiatives with measurable results.
Experience with data analysis, time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
Design, develop, and optimize processes for safe, efficient operations.
Lead engineering changes to minimize production disruption.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with process development and documentation.
Develop and maintain work instructions and process flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
