The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, strong project management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve technical issues. Key responsibilities include managing production protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI roles.
• Proven experience leading new product launches in a high-volume or complex environment.
• Experience working with EMS providers or internal manufacturing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all NPI activities from prototype through mass production for electronic products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Operations.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes, test strategies, fixtures, and tooling.
