Eaton Corporation in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing/Welding Engineer to support manufacturing and welding operations, develop work instructions, drive continuous improvement, and manage capital projects.

The role requires experience with machining and welding, proficiency in AutoCAD/ProE/ProLaunch, and strong leadership and communication skills in a bilingual environment. You will participate in ECC procedures and coordinate transfers for project implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with machining and welding in a manufacturing setting.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).

Responsabilidades

• Identify requirements and tooling to increase productivity.
• Support the design and development of fixtures for assembly.
• Participate in the preventive maintenance program.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings.
• Assist in the completion of reports, graphs and other manufacturing documents.
• Know ECO procedures and deploy production documents.
• Coordinate needs for new transfers for successful implementation.
• Provide input to improve their work.
• Zero accidents.
• Meet training courses assigned to the training system.
• Set up appointments and meetings to meet committed dates in project execution and implementations.
• Establish open communication with design centers for project definitions and support.
• Prepare bi-weekly summaries of projects and engineering metrics.
• Support Engineering Manager in the analysis of all welding specs.
