Eaton Corporation is looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer in Tijuana, Baja California. The successful candidate will enhance manufacturing processes for machining, assembly, and die cast production while supervising a team of engineers.

This role requires over 5 years of experience in engineering, strong leadership capabilities, advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of CNC Machining and lean manufacturing practices.

Formación

• More than 5 years in a technical engineering role.
• More than 3 years in an Engineering leadership role.
• Proven experience with CAD-CAM systems and CNC Machine programming.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise manufacturing engineers responsible for assembly and test processes.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
• Develop DMAIC methodology in improvement projects.
