Eaton Corporation in Tijuana is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPD and transition projects, deploying Pro Launch tools and guiding cross-functional teams through all transition phases to achieve goals on time and within cost. The role emphasizes continuous improvement within Eaton's framework and requires strong project leadership.

Responsibilities include portfolio monitoring, risk mitigation, and training teams in Pro Launch methodologies.

Formación

• Experience in project management.
• Ability to plan and input to PP cycle and manage cost out and budgeting for transitions and NPD.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Fluent English (85–95%).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of NPD and Transition projects with PM tools and processes.
• Deploy Pro Launch methodologies within the business unit.
• Monitor Capex, milestones, and financial performance.
• Create detailed project plans identifying critical path and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional transition teams and sites.
• Provide training on Pro-Launch tools to cross-functional teams.
