Eaton Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Nuevo León, Mexico. The role involves coordinating manufacturing engineering activities to support production improvements and manage capital projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and hands-on skills with stamping presses and automation processes. Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English are mandatory.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with stamping presses (100–1,000 tons).
• Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing of residential electrical components.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage manufacturing engineering activities to support production lines.
• Develop detailed technical specifications for new equipment.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma initiatives for production lines.
