Job summary

Visa Implementation Services (VIS) in Mexico seeks a high-performing professional to develop and deliver end-to-end programs leveraging Visa data assets and digital platforms. The role focuses on growth, profitability, and sustainable partnerships with Visa Partners, designing frameworks and enabling processes for successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in payments/financial services, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership in product discovery or tech

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customers’ business objectives, needs, plans, and bring valuable insights.
• Identify opportunities and potential for improvement to help Visa clients in growing their business.
• Develop and propose strategies and businesssolutions to the clients and manage delivery of consultancy engagements in Mexico.
• Manage internal and external project team members and coordinate a team of consultants and SMEs.
• Deliver complex projects successfully.
